Getting ‘Mental Freedom’ is all about developing a new, effective operating system for life as your old one is no longer serving you in a way that gives you success AND fulfilment. As humans, our brains are inbuilt to detect threat, but a lot of these threats are from past conditioning and no longer serve us. We have a ‘negativity bias’ that leads us to focus on the bad things, which then get imprinted into our memories, and often, influences our emotions and behaviours (and the decisions that we make).


Mental Freedom isn’t about a ‘positive outlook’. It is a way of working with our brain to manage all that life throws at us in a constructive way to get the best out of life. You will understand your old operating system and then begin to rewire the brain to create a new one. This programme is based on the best-selling book Positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine. This is a research-based programme with proven results. This programme is designed to empower you to build powerful habits for sustainable change.

  • Most training programmes results in short-lived improvements. For sustained results, we focus on building the neural pathways that form lasting new habits.

  • Positive Intelligence factor analysis research has revealed the foundational root-level enablers and disablers of optimal performance and well-being. The brain is rewired at the root cause level.
